The signature cold-smoked trout caviar is created from fresh Rainbow Trout roe, seasoned with sea salt and lightly smoked using Bourbon barrel wood stave chips, resulting in a unique flavor experience. As pioneers in the craft, the company has been cold-smoking fish roe for over 15 years and is currently the only one to do so naturally, making this caviar a favorite among customers.
Processed and stored in a near-freezing cold-smoke environment, the roe absorbs flavor gradually, enhancing its natural taste without overpowering it. This versatile product complements appetizers, canapés, sauces, fresh oysters, bagels with cream cheese, and a variety of meat and seafood dishes.

Shipping: We ship for perishable packages to arrive fresh, Next Day Air. The Next Day cut off is 3pm Eastern Time. We don't ship on Saturdays nor Sundays.
We ship on ice with compostable wool insulation to be safe for up to 60 hours in transit.
We use UPS and FedEx. Tracking will be emailed on the day the order ships.
